As lead portfolio manager, Hale works closely with ultra-high-net-worth clients to develop equity, fixed income and alternative strategies and allocations. He also heads The Carter Hooper Group’s corporate stock benefit services, including 401(k), nonqualified deferred compensation and cash balance plans. Hale joined Baird in 2001 after beginning his career at J.C. Bradford in 1993. A native of Nashville, Hale is a 1986 graduate of Vanderbilt University.
